Ministry of Commerce launched Thailand’s Best Friends 2010 or TBF 2010 to swiftly restore Thai economy after the trauma of political crisis, highlighting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to attract over 150 international partners worldwide, re-establish confidence, and stimulate the economy.

Mrs. Porntiva Nakasai, Minister of Commerce announced Thailand’s Best Friends 2010 project, during 29 June – 2 July 2010, as the campaign from Thai government to swiftly restore Thai economy after the trauma of political crisis. This project will invite over 150 overseas importers worldwide from 43 countries to receive a warm welcome and certificate from H.E. Mr. Abhisit Vejajiva, Prime Minister and hope to stimulate the economy up to6.6 billion baht for the country. Moreover all participants will get TBF card (as shown in the picture) with 2 years valid and special benefits; Fast Track for entering the immigration process at VVIP level; Hotline service at tel. 1169 for all emergency and non-emergency cases during their stay in Thailand; other benefits such as special discounts from luxury hotels and resorts, popular restaurants, spas, five-star fitness clubs, leading golf courses, hospitals and shops in leading shopping centers.

the official opening ceremony of Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall, Bangkok’s brand new tourist attraction on Ratchadamnoen Road, as well as a pillar of edutainment and knowledge where an extensive range of historical accounts and academic information on arts and culture of Thailand’s Rattanakosin era are compiled and maintained. Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall, has organized the official opening ceremony of this brand new manmade marvel of Bangkok at Mahajesadabodintr Pavillion Court, which lies next to the Exhibition Hall itself, all of which flawlessly reenacted the fondest memories of the inauguration of Krung Rattanakosin and all the good times in it forever and a day.
“อาคารนิทรรศน์รัตนโกสินทร์” เป็นอาคารแห่งการเรียนรู้รูปแบบใหม่ที่เรียกว่าบันเทิงศึกษา เป็นแหล่งรวบรวมข้อมูลความรู้ทางประวัติศาสตร์ ศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมของยุคกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ที่สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุดในประเทศไทย และยังเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวแห่งใหม่ของกรุงเทพมหานครบนถนนราชดำเนินกลางอีกด้วย โดยพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการนั้น จัดขึ้น ณ บริเวณลานพลับพลามหาเจษฎาบดินทร์ ซึ่งอยู่ติดกับอาคารดังกล่าว เป็นการจำลองบรรยากาศเสมือนหนึ่งอยู่ในงานสมโภชแห่งกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์เมื่อครั้งในอดีต
เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ สำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์ และบริษัท ไร้ท์แมน จำกัด ในฐานะผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านการออกแบบ บูรณะ และบริหารงาน ได้เปิดอาคารแห่งการเรียนรู้รูปแบบใหม่ ที่เป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้ และเป็นแหล่งรวบรวมข้อมูลความรู้ทางประวัติศาสตร์ ศิลปะ และวัฒนธรรมของยุคกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ที่สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุดในประเทศไทย อีกทั้งยังเป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวแห่งใหม่บนถนนราชดำเนินอีกด้วย ในชื่อ นิทรรศน์รัตนโกสินทร์ พร้อมให้บริการประชาชนทั่วไป และชาวต่างประเทศ ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๙ มีนาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๓ เป็นต้นไป
อาคารบริเวณถนนราชดำเนินกลาง เป็นงานสถาปัตยกรรมที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของประวัติศาสตร์กรุงเทพมหานคร นับตั้งแต่มีพระราชดำริของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว(รัชกาลที่ 5) ให้ตัดถนนราชดำเนินจากพระราชวังดุสิตไปยังพระบรมมหาราชวัง โดยจัดวางรูปแบบตามลักษณะของ Champs Elysees ในประเทศฝรั่งเศส
Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall represents a momentous milestone in which a wide range of invaluable, historical accounts on Rattanakosin era are properly compiled and maintained in such a never-before-seen fashion whilst availing itself of modern, realistic state of the art multimedia technologies that have proven of great service to its museum but for the first time in Kingdom of Thailand.
