VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific Company Limited is the joint venture between two leading trade show and exhibition management companies, VNU Exhibitions Europe from The Netherlands and TCC Exhibition and Convention Center from Thailand.

บริษัท วีเอ็นยู เอ็กซิบิชั่นส์ เอเชีย แปซิฟิค จำกัด ถือกำเนิดขึ้นจากความร่วมมือของสองบริษัทชั้นนำด้านการบริหารจัดงานแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการ ได้แก่ บริษัท วีเอ็นยู เอ็กซิบิชั่นส์ ยุโรป จำกัด จากประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ และ บริษัท ทีซีซี เอ็กซิบิชั่น แอนด์ คอนเวนชั่น เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด จากประเทศไทย

TCC Land under the management of Mr. Soammaphat Traisorat and Mrs. Wallapa Traisorat led TCC Exhibition and Convention Center Co., Ltd. to the joint venture with VNU Exhibitions Europe Co., Ltd., Europe’s top five trade show and exhibition management company from the Netherlands.  Both companies established VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. to manage trade shows, exhibitions and conferences.  With business-to-business focus, the company uses the expertise and experience from both organizations and is determined to drive Thailand to become the hub of MICE in Asia Pacific.

กลุ่มทีซีซีแลนด์ โดยคุณโสมพัฒน์และวัลลภา ไตรโสรัส นำบริษัท ทีซีซี เอ็กซิบิชั่น แอนด์ คอนเวนชั่น เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด ร่วมทุนกับ บริษัท วีเอ็นยู เอ็กซิบิชั่นส์ ยุโรป จำกัด หนึ่งในห้าบริษัทยักษ์ใหญ่ที่ดำเนินธุรกิจด้านการบริหารจัดงานแสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการแห่งทวีปยุโรป จากประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ จัดตั้งบริษัท วีเอ็นยู เอ็กซิบิชั่นส์ เอเชีย แปซิฟิค จำกัด เพื่อบริหารและจัดงานแสดงสินค้า นิทรรศการ และการประชุม มุ่งเน้นกลุ่มการค้าระหว่างองค์กรกับองค์กร (Business to Business) โดยใช้ความเชี่ยวชาญและประสบการณ์จากของทั้งสองหน่วยงาน โดยหวังผลักดันให้ประเทศไทยก้าวขึ้นเป็นศูนย์กลางของการจัดนิทรรศการและการประชุมนานาชาติแห่งภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิค
