ดันไทยเป็นฐานผลิตแผ่นวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ระดับโลก มุ่งสร้างงานสูงถึง 80,000 ตำแหน่ง พร้อมเร่งจัดตั้งศูนย์แผ่นวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไทย สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (บีโอไอ) ร่วมกับสมาคมแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ไทยและสมาคมแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ฮ่องกง ย้ำจัดงานแสดงสินค้าและบริการวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แห่งเอเชีย หรือ เทกก้า (Thailand Electronics Circuit Asia: THECA) เพื่อประกาศศักยภาพและความก้าวหน้าในการเป็นฐานการผลิตแผ่นวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของอาเซียนและของโลก ซึ่งเป็นผลมาจากการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชน ที่มุ่งมั่นพัฒนาและสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมนี้มาอย่างยาวนานกว่า 40 ปี ระหว่างวันที่ 24 – 26 กรกฎาคม 2567 ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา กรุงเทพฯ

สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (บีโอไอ) ร่วมกับ สมาคมแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ไทยและสมาคมแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ฮ่องกง จัดกิจกรรมเยี่ยมชม 2 โรงงานใหญ่ ผู้ผลิตแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ (PCB และ PCBA) ได้แก่ บริษัท ออโรเม็กซ์ จำกัด ณ นิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู และบริษัท เคซีอี อีเลคโทรนิคส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ณ นิคมอุตสาหกรรมลาดกระบัง ในวันที่ 29 พฤษภาคม 2567 เพื่อแสดงศักยภาพผู้ผลิตแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ (PCB และ PCBA) ในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญของการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของประเทศ
