Department of Physical Education announces 6 winners of handsome-beauty makeover by sport with total weight loose of 30 contestants up to 180 Kilograms. This program is to guarantee the success story concretely for new revolution of weight training.
Department of Physical Education meet the target of handsome-beauty makeover by sport program with reality workshop in 8 weeks. 6 winners from 30 contestants during 16 June – 4 August 2012 make a big succeed by total weight loose up to 180 Kilograms.
Mrs.Saengchan Vorasumanta, Director – Department of Physical Education,revealed that “this pilot program is to guide the loose weight training program for 19-25 years age target, who have high risk in Fat problem. This program offers the holistic health management including food, self-esteem management, personality and manners also fitness training without charge.
30 contestants attended the reality workshop in 8 weeks program strictly including food control, food menu design for better health, personality and manners management, fitness test, holistic yoga, fit ball and exercise with personal trainer as well as social services. All activities inspired the contestants and publics to do better exercises and health concern.”
